The minimum is 6 months. If you need to off-hire earlier, you will still be charged for the full 6 months. After 6 months you can continue month-to-month and end anytime with a week’s notice.

Yes. Each unit has a lockable door and lockable windows. The solid construction and locks provide good security. You can add your own alarm or padlock if desired.

We need about 3m width of clear access to tow the cabin in and about 3.3m height clearance. Most driveways and farm gates are fine. If you have tight access, we can use a small crane truck if needed.

Each cabin comes with a heavy-duty lead that plugs into a normal 3-pin 10A power point. All interior lights and power outlets are pre-wired. Truly plug-and-play.
